SCHEDULE -------- 1000-1100 Team Building Meeting - A pre-meeting opportunity to share best practices with the leaders of the ECCC to make your team rock! Brought to you by Steven B. of Union College and Joe K. of Drexel University. 1100-1300 ECCC Annual Meeting and discussion points - We review some important changes in Collegiate Cycling and discuss (and vote on) proposed changes to the rules of the ECCC. 1300-1400 Lunch at the Bard Faculty Pavilion. Princeton Cycling has offered a prize for the best/most suitable dining attire. 1400-1600 ECCC Scheduling. Presentations, voting on your Eastern Championship host and scheduling of the spring 2008 ECCC season! DIRECTIONS ---------- In New York State, take the Taconic State Parkway to the Red Hook/Route 199 exit, drive west on Route 199 through the village of Red Hook to Route 9G, turn right onto Route 9G, and drive north 1.6 miles. Or take the New York State Thruway (I-87) to Exit 19 (Kingston), take Route 209 (changes to Route 199 at the Hudson River) over the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge to Route 9G, turn left onto Route 9G and drive north 3.5 miles.
